Team Cresta, starts working on your order as soon as they get it, so you are unable to cancel or change your order after it has been placed and confirmed. However, you can return or exchange it once your order is delivered to you.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them within 14-days of receipt. The goods must be in their original condition. All requests for refunds or exchange can be made via our contact form. Once the form is filled out and your return is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email with details for shipping return.

Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart.
Select a shipping method and a payment method.
Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment détails.
Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Buy Now”.
After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order is shipped we will notify you with another confirmation email.
Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you will have the option to enter a new shipping address.
Yes, you can see all of the updates of your order. To do this, go to the “my orders” section in your account. If you are not registered, check the confirmation email sent to you.
Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons.
– You may have entered some information incorretly.
– You may have reached your credit limit.
– Your card may have expired.
– We may not have accepted the payment method. If this, contact us.
Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. The period of the payment to your credit card always depends on your bank.
